MakoLab launches Aeromania app for the second time

Konsorcjum Polskich Biur Podróży (Polish Travel Agency Consortium) is a renowned tour operator specializing in organization of tropical trips to the most exotic destinations around the world. MakoLab has, for the second time, launched the application called Aeromania on the client’s Facebook profile. The application is based on the original idea conceived by experts from MakoLab. The game attracts new fans and entertains a constant group of friends of Konsorcjum Polskich Biur Podróży on Facebook. The application’s goal is to introduce current and future clients of the agency to vacation destinations present in the offer of Konsorcjum Polskich Biur Podróży, and also to establish a positive image of the company.

The application has been created in MakoLab’s own system which fully utilizes Facebook’s API and the Flash technology.

The portal created by MakoLab contains a search engine and interesting content. Products of Mapal are presented in the form of a functional gallery. The transparent layout of the portal enables the users to navigate around the site and obtain important information.

The site has been created on basis of the DotNetNuke platform with application of Microsoft ASP.NET 3.5 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 technologies.

MakoLab creates „superGaleria” application

www.superPolska.info is a map portal whose aim is to create a space for fans of Poland to meet and share their experiences of the magical places around the country. Everyone can add their favorite places, present them to others, or create a path on basis of multiple places, thanks to which one may tell something about himself.

The www.superPolska.info portal also has its profile on Facebook. In order to make it easier for the users of fb to share their favorite new places, MakoLab developed an application called “superGaleria” which enables to use photos from the facebook gallery for quick creation of places on the map of superPolska, directly from the level of Facebook.

The “superGaleria” application has been developed using Facebook’s API and integrated with the map of Poland provided by e-Mapa.
