It has become our tradition to be ahead !!!
In the spring of 2010 Renault has made a refreshment of its visual identity and recommended the change to all corporate websites.
We inform with pleasure that MakoLab (with some part made by British IdMedia) has just re-launched www.renault.co.uk in the new Visual Identity. It's worth to tell that it is the first European Renault website launched with the new identity...

Creative assumptions being the basis of the new site’s development were obvious: the user should feel the smell of red-hot charcoal from the screen and hear the sizzling of various kinds of meat roasting on the grill. After reading the content of the website, all we should do is begin grilling.
The website was created using the .NET technology with MakoLab’s genuine CMS.

For the needs of this investment, MakoLab has developed a website which describes features and technical solutions applied in the building in great detail. The site is rich with various spectacular visualizations of the object. Potential tenants may try a 3D visualization with plans of particular floors, which provides an almost real-life sense of orientation in the building’s location within the urban space, as well as of the surface available for rent.
The website was created on basis of the .NET technology.

Sylwester Łoś, programmer, has worked in MakoLab for the last 10 years. Since the arrival of Apple’s new mobile phone, iPhone, 3 years ago, he became interested in developing applications that he would find useful. Working after hours and after taking care of children resulted in the creation of an application called ArtStudio, which triumphs in sale charts of AppStore – the only place where software for iPhone and iPad can be bought. Two weeks ago, the application created by Sylwek reached the 3rd place of the worldwide ranking.
Apart from developing the Lucky Clan company within which he creates applications for iPhone and iPad, he still cooperates with MakoLab in current projects.

MakoLab RSI-CMS. Travelling around the globe, this time we discover Renault for the citizens of Iran

After a short brief break – good news from abroad. This time the Iranian department of Renault used the MakoLab RSI-CMS tool and designed a new national website. What is interesting beside the fact that the entire selection of Renault cars is available in Iran, is that the website is bilingual – in international English and a local variety of Arabic language – Farsi.
Naturally in the Arabic version, the website is read from right to left.
The message from MakoLab SA president on the occasion of tragic events in Poland

"Moments ago Prime Minister Donald Tusk has officially confirmed the tragic information that left us in a state of utter sadness and shock. In the aircraft catastrophe near Smoleńsk died the President of Poland, his wife, his ministers, the last President of Poland in Exile, the Chairman of the Polish National Bank, the members of the command of the Polish Army, the representatives of the Polish Parliament and all the participating political parties, representatives of various national institutions and social organizations. Significant figures of the Polish political scene have lost their lives. The elite of organizations that fought for preserving historical truth and memory of the times of communism has perished. And finally, ordinary people - the families of the victims of Katyń, the accompanying persons, the officers of the Bureau of Government Security, the pilots - they all have died, on their way to pay respect to the elites of the Second Polish Republic murdered in Katyń.
Regardless of our political views and opinions on those who have died, this event is a tremendous tragedy and loss for Poland. (..)" - wrote the President of MakoLab SA in a letter to the staff of the Company regarding the today's events and the announced national mourning.

For some time, iPhone applications written by our employee, Sylwester Łoś became extremely popular on iPhone. Its fans know titles like "City Bomber", "Riversi Online" or "Arcade Pool". But only recently his latest excellent ArtStudio, and even more - its iPad edition became a true chart-buster of AppStore. In just 7 days, it climbed up to 3rd position on AppStore global top sales list:

Today, Sylwester works part-time at MakoLab and is involved in advanced financial computations for international clients of MakoLab. His activity related to Apple Software is conducted via his own micro-company called Lucky Clan.

Ekoportal.gov.pl is a website belonging to the Center of Environmental Information (Centrum Informacji o Środowisku). CIoŚ is an institution which is formally subordinate to the Ministry of Environment, established for the purpose of informational activity pertaining to the environment and its protection. This activity supports the realization of the policy of environmental protection.
Ekoportal.gov.pl developed by MakoLab is a repository of knowledge for all those who deal with ecology and the environment. Information is organized according to potential recipients and users: administrative units, entrepreneurs and regular citizens. On Ekoportal, we may find both acts of law and information about ecological events.
Ekoportal.fov.pl was created as part of the Phare 2002/000-580.05.03 project from the resources of the European Union and NFOŚiGW.
The website was created using the OpenCMS technology.

As part of the conquest of the Internet world we hereby announce that the tool for Renault’s website creation – RSI-CMS (which already enjoys cult-status in some regions), obviously created by MakoLab, highlights the brand’s offer in two subsequent countries. Now it is time for Malta (www.renault.com.mt) and Montenegro (www.renault.me), where new websites of Renault launched.
