The Fractus 2.0 system – a modern, entirely web-based solution used for management of processes of sale, warehouse maintenance, supply chain and analyses of turnover, settling and settlements. Additionally, mechanisms of complaints pertaining to products, service and production that enable for registration of conduct of these processes are supported.

A unique feature of the system is that it builds networks of departments which synchronize data among each other in on-line mode, thanks to the mechanism of semantic inter-department communication. The system documents all supported processes, while the generated documents are gathered in central directories and document repositories, which are automatically replicated in the departments. Owing to this, the system is immune to central and networking failures, while each department may continue operations in case of a malfunction.

What distinguishes Fractus 2.0 in comparison to other management systems:

  • Accessibility from the level of an Internet browser. No installation of the application is required on the part of the user, the application can be accessed on any Web browser using any operating system,
  • Ability to continue operating in departments in separate geographical locations even in case of Internet connection failure, and to automatically sync data after connectivity is resumed,
  • Exceptional speed of the application (achieved by using the modern Adobe Flex technology). Working with the system using an Internet browser does not differ in any respect from using stationary systems,
  • Representation of the client’s business processes in the system by strict parameterization according to the client’s expectations,
  • Versatile architecture which enables to prepare individual solutions/modules based on the system. The system has ready-made interfaces of integration with financial-accounting systems of popular and renowned business solutions: Comarch, Sage. It is also possible to integrate Fractus 2.0 with other solutions of the Financial Accounting and ERP class,
  • Minimal requirements concerning workstations and Internet connectivity,
  • Ability to work in the SaaS model (the application is stored and shared as a service on the level of MakoLab’s Data Center). This eliminates the requirement to possess the entire hardware-software infrastructure on the part of the client; additionally the client does not need to handle management, updating or technical support of the application.
