ColDis is a comprehensive system dedicated to meeting the demands faced by estate managers. It is designed for the support of an already operating estate, as well as of such that is under development. It is the perfect tool for managers of both small and the largest surfaces set for leasing. Each function of the application was designed in consideration of practices of the management market and referred to realistic cases. Owing to this connection, an efficient, functional and resourceful application was developed, perfectly integrating technology with knowledge and experience; and therefore capable of meeting the requirements of the Clients’ business. The system provides the function of supporting planning and controlling of investments. It enables such features as: collection and distribution of operating costs, invoicing, analysis of amounts due, synchronization with a financial accounting application, and creation of numerous reports and statements. ColDis is designed as a tool that automates many processes in a management company, while simultaneously enabling to retain full control of information and document flow.

ColDis is supported by ePON – the electronic Tenant Support Panel. Thanks to this solution, the tenant may track statuses of his/her business relation with the management company on an up-to-date basis. ePON is a modern and practical means of assistance for Syndics, unique on the market of estate management systems.
