MakoCRM

MakoCRM is a web based application supporting the development and maintaining of relations between a company and its clients. It is a tool used in the process of preparing a company’s strategy. It organizes the possessed data by transforming it into accessible information. It is a tool useful for both the management staff and regular employees alike. It assists in day-to-day work and in planning of long-term strategies. The application is also used in processes related directly to client support, e.g. in sales and marketing processes. It constitutes a platform for creation of integrated tools supporting business processes of companies springing from different fields.

MakoCRM groups its functions into thematic areas pertaining to the specification of a company’s departments. It provides tools useful in day-to-day operative work (such as directories, documents, calendar), as well as analytic reports supporting the decision making process (such as payment reports, reports of expected income).

LMT

Lead Management Tool (LMT) is a CRM-class web based solution used for collection, analysis, processing and redistribution of leads (sales contacts) originating from different forms of communication with the client (promotional actions, web contact forms, call center activity). The application has been developed on basis of the latest version of Microsoft’s .net Framework 4.0 technology. The tool includes: a web application for handling client submissions, a set of services supporting background tasks, and a Web service allowing for uniform entry of submissions into the system.

The LMT system is optimized for purposes of efficient support of databases into which substantial numbers of submissions are added (10 million submissions a year in case of one of the clients currently using the solution).

MakoLab realizes 2 types of LMT:

  • light solution – base version of the tool developed in the PHP technology (Cake framework), implemented as an extension of two websites of Renault created as part of RSI CMS – GCC and India. This version is dedicated for a relatively small number of submissions (GCC – 500 leads/year, India – 5000 leads/year). Fully integrated with Dealer Locator based on Google Maps, it allows the user to select the preferred/nearest dealer and direct his/her inquiry accordingly. Basic quantitative (day, week, month, year) and temporal (new, active, delayed, closed queries) statistics allow for creation of base reports and analyses.
  • extended solution – base solution created for the Renault UK website, currently being extended for other countries and sites of the Renault brand.  This version of the application was created using the latest version of Microsoft’s .net Framework 4.0 technology. The application includes: a web application for handling client submissions, a set of services supporting background tasks and a web service allowing for uniform entry of submissions into the system. The solution is dedicated for support of a potentially substantial amounts of data (approximately 0.5 million submissions per year and around 1-1.5 million of historical entries). Additionally, the implementation of Business Intelligence reports allows for seamless analysis and creation of statistics from the obtained contacts.
